I'd like to order two items in a batch of 50. Is that possible?
I've been turned down by other companies and I'm in trouble.
We can also process lots of several dozen pieces to around 100 pieces!
The part had a shape of 32Φ x L=90, was made of FC20 cast iron, and required a screw to be cut in the center. The shape was difficult, and because it was a fitting part, it was difficult to manufacture using general-purpose machines. Therefore, we machined it using an NC lathe and NC milling machine and delivered it to the customer.

Example 1: I would like to drill four Φ40×4 holes in a 35×90×320 plate (material: SUS304).
Example 2: I would like to request only lathe processing for a round part (material: S45C) of 100Φ x L=60. (Because a partner company specializing in lathes has gone out of business.)
Simple processing or drilling only is also possible!
Example 1: This was handled using machining.
In the case of Example 2: We started by procuring the materials, then performed lathe processing and delivered them.

I would like to order a few core parts for polishing wheels.
Can you help me?
We can also process just a few products that require strict precision and tolerances!
When we asked for more details, we found out that it was a ring-shaped part with a diameter of 20 to 30 mm and length of 20 mm, made of SCM440. As we were unable to find a partner company, there were some areas with strict precision and tolerances, and supplementary information not included in the drawings, so we continued to consult with the customer and proceeded with the processing.

Due to a breakdown of a part of a long-standing equipment and machinery,
Could you make the same part for me?
Processing without drawings is also possible!
The equipment itself was old and there were no blueprints or drawings available.
The customer brought in the actual broken part, and when we checked it, it was a bolt-shaped part with dimensions of 30Φ and L=50.
Since it was quite worn, we decided on the dimensions in consultation with the customer and manufactured it from S45C.
